Where do you deliver?
Treats and chews are planned for delivery across India. Fresh meals are available in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Delivery charges and exact serviceability will be confirmed before checkout opens.
Are paneer and egg meals vegetarian?
No. All our meals contain vegetables, broth, rice and organ meat alongside the main protein. Paneer and egg meals are also non-vegetarian.
How should I store my order?
Meals arrive chilled: freezer storage is recommended for up to 90 days, or refrigerate for up to 48 hours. All air-dried treats and chews should be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days; bring to room temperature before serving. Peanut butter should be refrigerated, with a shelf life of up to 30 days.
How do I choose a chew?
Choose with your dog’s size, age, chewing style and dietary needs in mind. Supervise chewing and contact us if you are unsure about a product’s suitability.
Can I order yet?
You can explore products, select pack sizes and build a basket. Online ordering is not open yet. Payments and delivery pricing are being set up; no payment is taken on this preview.
How do I choose a meal size?
The pack sizes are 100 g, 250 g and 350 g. A pack size is not a daily feeding recommendation. Message us to discuss your dog’s existing diet and meal requirements before choosing.
Will food solve a behaviour problem?
The right species-appropriate food, along with opportunities to chew and forage, can help your dog feel more satisfied. A dog whose needs are met has less reason to go looking for their own entertainment—which we sometimes call “trouble”. Food works alongside training, rest and a routine that meets your dog’s needs.

Dispatch & delivery
Meals dispatch within 2 days and are delivered chilled in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Treats, chews and peanut butter dispatch within 3–4 days, with delivery across India.
Dispatch timing is separate from courier transit time. Delivery charges will be confirmed before online ordering opens.
Replacements
We offer replacements for damaged, incorrect or spoiled deliveries.
