Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ricky’s Pet Kitchen, we aim to ensure that every customer and their pets are happy with our products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it.

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 8108054154 with your order number.

If the cancellation request is received within the allowed time, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Returns

Due to the food-related nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once the order has been shipped or delivered. This is necessary to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards for all pets.

We request customers to carefully review product descriptions, quantities, and images before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You may be asked to:

  1. Retain the product and packaging

  2. Send clear photos of the product and packaging

  3. Share your order number and explanation

Delivery Issues

If you:

  • Have not received your order

Pet Food Preferences

We understand that every dog has its own preferences.

However, a pet refusing to eat a product is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.

If this happens, please still contact us. We are always happy to guide you and try to find a reasonable solution whenever possible.

Important Note

Because our products are fresh meals, natural treats, and chews, we do not offer a blanket return policy for food items.
